While we were in Nevada Dave made omelets using fresh vegetables from their garden. We had these last year in Park City and I thought they couldn’t be better. I think these were. He always seems to get the perfect amount of onions, peppers, tomatoes, and cheese in a beautifully cooked egg. Seriously, breakfast (or in this case lunch) food can’t get much better. Shannon made delicious toast to go along with the omelets which was a great touch. The whole grain bread tasted great with a bite of omelet.
