The Freedom Trail
Kevin and I spent the day on Wednesday walking the Freedom Trail, and other random things along the way. I really like the city of Boston. I love all the random old architecture in the middle of skyscrapers. It seems to have a lot of personality. It was pretty hot while we were walking so we took plenty of chances to find some shade and take a break. My feet are also not used to that much walking. It’s sad really.
I loved the random fruit stands on every other corner. They are so photogenic.
We ate Gelato twice and had dessert at Mike’s Pastry’s. I wasn’t super impressed with the cannoli but the peanut butter brownie was really good.
Â
I loved the inside of the Old North Church. There was so much natural light inside and with the white walls and pews it felt quite heavenly.
Â
The windows were also very pretty. The light here was just awesome!

Waiting for more gelato :) and some cute houses along our walk home from the bust stop, including Laura and Jared’s house (the very last photo). A great day in Boston to be sure!
