On Mount Auburn Street in Watertown is this cute little store, Cass Flower Shop and Design School. Although I had taken the bus past this store several times (on my way to and from Mount Auburn Cemetery) I hadn’t noticed it. Sorry I’ve been off the grid for a little while. We’ve been off on some fun adventures in the past few weeks. We started with a weekend trip to Yellowstone. Canon was doing a free workshop where you could learn about photography as well as try out their equipment. A couple days ago I was out in the “French Garden” at my parents house. I had noticed the poppies were looking really pretty and went out to photograph them. While I was photographing one I saw this bee going from flower to flower and decided to film it for a minute. I ended up filming it for about 10 minutes because it was so cool to watch. Don’t worry, I didn’t create a 10 minute video of the bee, just a 35 second one, but I wanted to show it to you along with the photos of the poppies. This is becoming a very common scene at our house lately. We’ve been barbequing quite a bit lately. We’ve done chicken, steak, shrimp, and pineapple. On Father’s Day we went to my grandparents for a visit. My little brother graduated on Tuesday! (I’m a little late getting this up) Now he is off to Germany, Switzerland, and Italy with my dad for a two week adventure. Congrats!
